Weekends have always been quiet here in Saint Paul. People retreating to suburbs; visiting more populous cities with bigger malls are the more common reasons why this part of town is tranquil after weekdays. Inner city roads almost void of traffic, people ignore the crossing signal/signs when crossing the street; restaurants are generally closed.
Dubbed as the most livable place in America, I don’t see any reason why this place shouldn’t be.
