Hello.

The restaurant is IN Tagaytay, near the place where Starbucks and all other restos are.

And yep, that Php500-cottage is still part of the restaurant. A waiter will assist you in getting the cottage, and of course, will also take your order and bring it to you once it is done.

HTH. Thanks!

Hi Caroline!

How big is your laptop? I suggest you get those limited edition leather Crumpler bags (Saturday Night Suit/The Beefy Pocket for 13" or smaller; Ugly Divorce for the bigger lappies).

It's been a year since I've been last to London, and I'm hoping to go back there again this year (in Spring/Summer, or in Winter again). I'd love to see the new Crumpler shop.:) The one I posted here is already open (just opened a week or two when I was there), so I am not really sure what you mean when you said there are no details on both shop.

Thanks for visiting, and keep me posted on your growing collection. ;)

Hi Benz!

The lens you are using is wider that what I used in these shots (24-105mm), so on the lens part, I am pretty sure that if you'll be shooting the same landscape, you will get a wider POV.

I did not use a CPL for this. I am using a Canon body and I used one of the preset picture styles (Faithful, I believe). I am not sure about Nikon, but in my experience, your brand of camera produces more saturated colors in pictures (read: bluer skies). ;)

Hi there - thanks so much for publishing this page Arthur. I'm a big crumpler fan too (small backpack/laptop carrier - still going strong after five years of hard use...)

I just bought a new laptop and needed to find the crumpler mothership to keep it stylishly safe (I'm lucky enough to live in London - love it).

Your post also drew me back to the crumpler eu site - and it appears there are *two* London shops. Thought you might like to know.

The second one is on the strand: 99 The Strand, WC2R 0EW London Tel: + 44 207 836 85 12.

No details about either shop as their UK site appears to be a work in progress. So your wonderful photos are *so* helpful. I shall set out today and probably check them both out :-)

Thanks again - and I feel all the more excited hearing how special the European ones are!

Glad to see another Crumpler fan!

Don't bother getting the Aussie/US Crumpler bags. You are still lucky you're on the side of the Earth where Crumpler bags are better, design-wise.

I'll probably be in London again this Spring. And if I have time, I'll be touring some other parts of Europe including the Czech Republic. Then I get to visit the store you mentioned!

Cheers mate! ;)
